Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan's features are activated immediately after payment is confirmed and the price difference is settled.
Are subscription fees refundable?
No. Under the Terms of Service, subscription payments are non-refundable.
What is Health Monitoring in Taanova?
Health Monitoring lets you record and track important health indicators for your pet — such as weight, activity, health trends, and health score. This feature is active on the Plus and Premium plans.
What does 'Data Recovery period' mean?
If you delete your account, your data remains recoverable for a specific period — 6 months on the Free and Plus plans, and 1 year on the Premium plan.
