Purchase, Activation
& Monthly Subscription Terms

All natural or legal persons who intend to provide services to pet owners through the TAANOVA platform must purchase one of the subscription plans.

1. Sign in to your account: Before anything else, to preserve your access after purchase, you must sign in to your account.

• If you are a member, sign in to your account.

• If you are not a member, register first.

2. Choose a subscription plan: Visit the pricing page to view subscription plans and select the monthly plan that best fits your needs.

Note 1: To purchase a Custom subscription plan, you must contact the TAANOVA sales team for a price quote or purchase. The sales team will then send a proforma invoice based on the customer's requirements for review and confirmation.

Note 2: For service providers, the subscription purchase process is only possible after completing registration and the verification steps.

3. Payment and order completion: After the customer pays the subscription fee for the chosen plan, the purchase process will be completed through the methods specified by TAANOVA.

4. Final confirmation and subscription activation.

For the first subscription period, up to 24 hours after successful payment, the operational subscription account will be activated and the features of the selected plan will be made available to the user. For subsequent periods, if payment is made on time (before the period begins), the user's access will be activated automatically.

Before beginning the purchase process, make sure you have the following:

• An active TAANOVA account

• Assured validity of the business license for service providers

• Confirmation of the chosen subscription plan

It is recommended that the browser you use is up to date (preferably Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

Payment for services provided and other costs announced by TAANOVA is possible only through the methods specified by TAANOVA, and any other method is not approved by TAANOVA, and in this case TAANOVA will bear no responsibility.

The user must pay the subscription amount for the next period before the end of the current period in order to renew their subscription.

Subscription payment is made before the start of each subscription period. Therefore, the user must pay the amount for the next subscription period before the end of the current subscription period. Otherwise, the user's access to the platform's features will be suspended.

If the subscription is not renewed before the end of the current period, the user's access to the platform's features will be suspended after the period ends.

The user can cancel their subscription at any time, but will have access to the services until the end of the paid period.

Amounts paid for the subscription are non-refundable, except in cases where the current laws of the country or TAANOVA's official policies provide otherwise.

The user can upgrade their subscription plan to a higher plan at any time. The features of the new plan will be activated immediately after confirmation of payment and settlement of the difference. The amount paid for the current period is calculated in proportion to the remaining time and is included in the upgrade amount. Currently, downgrading the subscription plan is not possible.

TAANOVA has the right to modify, add, or remove capabilities, modules, or subscription plans in order to improve services, product development, or technical changes. In the event of fundamental changes affecting the services purchased by users, the matter will be communicated to users prior to implementation.

TAANOVA may change the subscription rate. In this case, the changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days before the new rate takes effect.

If any legal taxes or duties apply, the amount will be added to the invoice in accordance with the law.

If the user commits a violation and breaches or misuses the TAANOVA rules, TAANOVA has the right to suspend or block the account.
